PLANTAR FASCIITIS BE GONE!

Over the years I have worked with many clients experiencing foot pain and inflammation. Inflammation of the plantar fascia ligament or plantar fasciitis is quite often the issue with the tissue.

The plantar fascia is a long, thin ligament that lies directly beneath the skin on the bottom of your foot. It connects the heel to the front of your foot, and supports the arch of your foot. The plantar fascia is a ligament that lies beneath the skin on the bottom of your foot.

I have developed a very effective series of techniques to relieve the symptoms of plantar fasciitis to get you back on your feet. I utilize a blend of techniques from Rossiter, Trigger Point Therapy, Movement Therapy, Fascial Distortion Method, and Zone Technique.

I use techniques to open up the blood flow and lymph in the foot, calf, shin, and back of the knee to improve circulation and reduce inflammation. I ensure proper movement of the joints in the foot, ankle, and knee. We work together to relieve active trigger points and fascial distortions. We balance the brain center associated with the imbalance to heal the body!

If you have acute or chronic foot pain, as long as you do not have an open wound or broken bone, I can help you get relief, recover, and quickly regenerate the damaged tissue.

Before you resort to expensive braces or shoe inserts, an injection in your foot or even surgery, come see me. Let's resolve this together!
